Reviews
Cameron Douglas MS: 92/100. Bold and expressive bouquet filled with a power pack of yellow peaches and ripe apple, layers of vanilla spice and burnt butter, some extra wood spices and a raw brown sugar note. On the palate lots of cream-fresh and peach flavours, whipped butter wrapped in a silky cream texture. Balanced and ready, tasty and delicious. Best drinking from 2023 through 2026.
Sam Kim, Wine Orbit: 94/100. It's instantly appealing on the nose with grilled stone fruit, mango, French vanilla and roasted hazelnut characters. The palate delivers excellent weight and roundness, gorgeously complemented by creamy texture and fine acidity. Richly styled and delectably expressed with a lengthy satisfying finish. At its best: now to 2028.
Tasting Note:
Delicious aroma of ripe stone fruits with pear, apricot and peach notes together with lemon and vanilla nuances. The palate is immediately appealing with ripe summer fruit medley and creamy soft texture. The finish is textural with a refreshing lemon zest finish.

Very free draining and mineral rich, providing excellent characteristics for premium viticulture.Winemaking: Machine harvested fruit was gently destemmed without crushing and pressed to tank for settling. Following racking, the juice was transferred to a large 9hL French Oak Cuvée and barriques for fermentation and maturation. The use of the large 90hL French Oak Cuve adds depth and complexity. All batches went through a secondary malo-lactic fermentation. The wine was aged sur-lie for 9 months before racking and filtration to bottle.
