TORU - (which means "three" in Maori) is an aromatic blend Te Whare Ra first created over 12 years ago. It was the first of it's kind in New Zealand. It is a delicious, co-fermented "field blend" of three varieties – Gewürztraminer, Riesling and Pinot Gris. Bob Campbell MW simply loves it: "My favorite New Zealand field blend." This wine is an international best seller with a big following.

Made from 25 old vines in Nelson. Lovely aromas of hazelnut, peach, butter toast and ripe citrus fruits mingle with a balancing acidity and the minerality of the Wainea Plains.
